Google Ads Questions

The current minimum monthly budget that Granular Concept operates with is $750/month. However, this may not be the most suitable budget for your specific needs. The effectiveness of your budget depends on several factors, including:

  • The level of competition in your industry
  • The consumer demand for your services in the targeted location
  • The timing of your ad scheduling

The use of an alternative phone number in Google Ads PPC management is a standard procedure. This tracking number forwards calls directly to your business line, without any intermediary steps. The call will transfer from this tracking number straight to your business, as it is vital for our systems to identify which calls originate from your Google Ads, as opposed to your organic leads or other sources. This data helps your Google Ads manager identify which keywords and strategies are most effective for your business. With this information, we can optimize your campaign’s performance over time.

This is normal. Google themselves have also addressed this. Your ads will not show every single search because of multiple factors. Two primary factors are: Google is optimizing your showing times for what their algorithm determines will be the most efficient times to show your ads to get the best outcome (a lead). Additionally, Google’s auction has many competitors and there are only so many spots an ad can show in for a search. The available budget for each competitor will be a factor in how often Google will show your ad for a given search at a given time of day. Typically, a campaign running with a larger budget has more opportunities to have their ad shown for more keyword searches.

The field of digital marketing is continuously changing, and this has led to the introduction of more competitors every year. This increase in competition has resulted in higher costs for advertising. Existing competitors have raised their bids on keywords to acquire more clicks and conversions, while new competitors have to compete with these prices. As a result, there is a higher “baseline” cost compared to previous years when there was less competition, which means that the cost per click was lower.

To optimize the utilization of your budget, we suggest not running your ads continuously throughout the day. Most consumers are unlikely to search for services at odd hours, such as 2:00 AM. Moreover, Google’s algorithm is designed to distribute your ads throughout the day to make your budget last for the entire 24-hour period. As a result, this may reduce the number of times your ads are displayed during peak hours, such as 1:00 PM, which are more likely to generate leads.

You do not pay for each lead or phone call separately. Instead, you will be charged for each click on your ad through the Google Ads program, which operates on a pay-per-click (PPC) basis. The cost per click may be lower than that of a pay-per-lead program, depending on the level of competition.

In some cases, you may be able to secure the #1 spot in the Google Ads auction, but it typically requires a significant budget and fierce competition. At Granular Concept, we aim to secure a spot within the top three results on the first page of Google, which we believe is more achievable and effective for most campaigns. However, we only bid for the first page of Google search results and do not bid on subsequent pages such as page two, three, or beyond.

Facebook Ads Questions

It is impossible to predict the exact number of leads you will receive from a Facebook ad. The outcome is influenced by various factors, such as the targeted audience, budget, location, and more.

You have the option to be as involved as you wish in the ad creation process and its management. Initially, your involvement will be required to provide your marketing consultant with access to all the necessary accounts, such as your social media accounts, website, and advertising platforms. Your marketing consultant will guide you through the process and ensure that access is granted securely and efficiently.

To get started, you must have a business Facebook page, as well as a Business Manager and Ads Manager account. After creating these accounts, you will need to grant access to your marketing consultant for each of them.

Your Facebook ads can appear on various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and Messenger. They can be placed in different formats, such as feeds, stories, in-stream videos, search results, messages, and more.

Social Media Marketing Questions

You have the flexibility to decide how involved you want to be in the social media marketing process. While it’s highly recommended to provide original content, such as photos or videos, to your marketing consultant for use in your posts, it is not mandatory.

The content for Facebook posts is sourced from various places including your website, stock photos, blogs, articles, and any content you provide. Sending original content is highly recommended to maintain an authentic and unique page.

Email Marketing Questions

You will need to have your own email list, as we do not offer email address lists or accept purchased email lists. The most effective recipients for your email marketing campaign are existing customers or potential clients who have already shown interest in your business. It is important to have their marketing consent for your email list to ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.

The newsletters we send out contain a variety of content that is designed to be engaging and interesting. In addition, we include industry-specific topics that are tailored to your target audience. Our newsletters feature a mix of promotional and sales content, along with other engaging and informative content that is tailored to your target audience. We believe that this approach results in higher open rates and engagement for your emails.

There are several reasons why using a managed email marketing service like ours is beneficial compared to doing it yourself. Our service includes content development, which simplifies monthly top-of-mind awareness marketing. Attempting to manually run email newsletter campaigns from your own email accounts without the appropriate software can result in CAN-SPAM compliance issues and the potential shutdown of your email services from your provider. By using our service, you can avoid these risks and ensure that your email marketing is professionally managed.
